My darling friends in Germany sent me an email way back <wait, let me look….> on March 26th (!) to which I am finally now responding. They lovingly referred to it “like a chain letter for bloggers.” Nice…
But, what the hell, I’ll play along, mostly because they are nice. :-)
In Germany it’s called throwing a little stick. The rules for this little stick they threw at me are:
1. Put a link to the person who threw the stick at you. [see above]
2. Mention the corresponding rules in your blog. [doing that now]
3. Tell everyone six unimportant things/habits/obsessions about you. [posted below]
4. Pass this stick to six other bloggers by linking them. [will do that after I do number 3]
5. Leave a comment at each person you choose to inform them that they are tagged. [will do that later]
Okay, how many? Six? Hmmm…. let’s see…. I’m going to use unimportant as the key word here…
1. At approximately 3:30pm every work day I must have caffeine and chocolate.
2. I hate wearing layers.
3. I am obsessed with keeping my fridge/freezer neat. (All labels facing forward please.)
4. I wear flip-flops for about 4 months straight in the summer.
5. I’m the only person I know that still buys music CDs at the store.
6. My favorite kind of weather is when it gets really dark right before a big storm.
Will tag some of my friends already linked here – will go leave them a comment now.
Have a great weekend!!

I still buy CDs at the store too. I love having actual CDs.

I also buy new CDs and new DVDs.
Because you don’t know where the used ones have been.
However, sometimes I take a chance anyway.
I’m glad I don’t have a blog so I can’t be tagged by Ms. Foollishness.
Ha, ha.

By the way, one of the two fridges we have at work is a small one where we stock beverages only. When I stock it – it’s nice and neat, labels mostly forward, each beverage’s stock is replenished at the same time to maintain the necessary quantity of each. When anyone else does it? It looks like they opened the fridge door and launched the cans in from the other end of the room. And oh, let’s put the entire new pack of Talking Rain bottled water in b/c hey there’s room up on the diet pepsi shelf, and oh let’s squash some in front of and on top of the cokes. And while I’m at it let’s NOT break down the cardboard and instead just lay it on top of the recycling bin.
whooaaaa d.

That’s exactly the reason why I do the soda machine at work MYSELF.
Hmm, maybe that’s where you guys get this from.
But I’m not fanatical about it.
……am I?

Apparently it runs in the family.
