Coconut Cream Pound Cake
We made two of these cakes for Ayla’s school project. One in a bundt pan (we added some orange food coloring and then forgot to add the flaked coconut!) and the second in two loaf pans. I have no idea why I thought we needed to bake so much. We made 10 packages for her project, I took a huge tupperware to work, gave away another big ziploc full, and ate a lot myself.
Ayla and Evren declared they didn’t like it. I thought it was the perfect pound cake recipe. I’m going to save it. No reason it needs to be coconut; plain or any other flavor would be delicious.
