The Omnivore’s Dilemma by Michael Pollan
This isn’t one of those books with an agenda to insult you if you aren’t a vegetarian. It’s an excellent book with great information on where our food comes from in America. Very well-written and extremely interesting. I’m a bit more enlightened now and very glad I read this book.
