Reading: One Day

One Day by David Nicholls

I enjoyed reading most of this book but the part I hated was the part that counted.  I did like the concept of documenting one day from every year, it was a unique way to deliver a story.  But ultimately, I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it.

Yeah, I loved this book until the last few “years”. I enjoyed this method of story telling a lot. My sister-in-law told me a few weeks ago she heard that they were making a movie based on it. BTW, I tried to read his book “Starter for Ten” and couldn’t get past the second chapter.
