Streusel-Topped Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins from Our Best Bites
This was a super-fun recipe to make with lots of yummy ingredients. It made a big batch and I appreciated that I wasn’t left with half a can of pumpkin. The muffins bake up nice and fluffy in the oven – I was almost worried they would spill over but the batter was the perfect amount to make 24 big muffins. My only concern is like Kate said in her post, they are very, very moist and you absolutely must bake them enough or the centers will be mushy. If you like the chocolate-pumpkin combo, the taste is perfect.
