This website is dedicated, in part, to the staggering amount of foolishness that is constantly on display when these two goofballs are awake. If you are a relative or friend of one or both of these children you may not be excluded from possibly finding your own ridiculousness posted here, so be careful and quit yer whining. Also included will be random cuteness, poop jokes of all varieties, product reviews & gripes, tons of links to what is amusing us at the moment, awesome recipes, flashbacks & stories, photos of every single event we remember to take the camera to, and whatever else I feel like rambling on about. It’s supposed to be a family website & blog but I can definitely see it getting entirely out of control.

Hi I just typed in my upcoming baby’s name into google images and stumbled across your blog. I am so freaked out. Our kids names (no they are not born yet) are Ayla for girl and Evren for boy and have been decided for about 3 years.
We are having a boy and Evren Patrick McCarthy will be born in 2.09. I have never run across these names alone or in tandem. WOW.
We live on Marthas Vineyard in Ma, so the names wont spread too far! Just wanted to share the coincidence.
Any “weird” interpretations you have experienced with an Evren or Ayla? What are your nicknames or have you avoided? (we are thinking Ren vs. Ev)
